WHY HIRE A COACH

Each day is an opportunity to change your life for the better, and you probably wake up each day with every intention of doing so, but it isn’t easy is it? It isn’t easy to stay consistent or struggle when you don’t feel as amazing as you would like to, and it isn’t easy to ask for help.

I provide support, encouragement, guidance, and a whole lot of open-mindedness. I never judge or criticize. I am all about empowering and transforming! Isn’t it about time we got you started on an action plan for changing your life?

Days turn into weeks, and weeks into months. How many months have you been putting off truly taking care of yourself from the inside out? If you would like to look in the mirror and like the woman you see it is time we connect for a session.

HOW IT WORKS

Depending on your geographic location relative to where I am sessions are done over the phone, via Skype or in person for 60 minutes. We find a day and time that works for both of us, and then we make some MAGIC happen!

SINGLE COACHING PACKAGE:

You need some help and you need it NOW! Single sessions are great if you have a specific issue you need to work through, process out loud with me, and get guidance/advice on how to proceed. I am a solution-focused Life Coach, so my aim to listen, validate what is going on for you, and help you get to where you would like to be as soon as possible.

MONTH-TO-MONTH COACHING PACKAGE:

My 4-Week Change Your Body, Change Your Life program will transform you body, mind, spirit.

The first week we will focus on getting your body right. I have tips, advice, and support around setting new goals for yourself so that you stay motivated and on track.

The second week is about getting your mind right. Again, I have suggestions to share, and a few great exercises you can start incorporating into your life.

Week 3 is about lifting your spirits! What makes you happy and capitalizing on that.

The last week is about goal setting and staying on track. I give you some tips around what to do if and when you slip up. You will slip up, but you will not give up! We celebrate what you accomplished, and talk about how to stay on track for the long haul.
