I’m a confidence coach for women with a master's in marriage and family therapy and more real life experience than I can fit in a bio. I spent years searching for the answers myself, in books, in therapy, in life, until I finally cracked the code and built a program around it.
I’m not your typical coach. I’m unfiltered, funny, direct, and I will celebrate you so hard you will start to believe it yourself. My energy is infectious and I have never once been described as boring.
Women show up to my spaces buttoned up and leave feeling free. That is the whole point. I can’t wait to do that for you.
