Floor work! Learn to get down and back up in a sexy way, plus everything you can do once you're there. I wasn’t allowed to do floor work in some of the strip clubs I worked at. For the best, I suppose, if I was worried about bruising my knees or getting my hands dirty. I have recorded many dance routines since then and I love to incorporate floor work.
